Photos from Hiroshima Day Peace March, my first shooting outing.
Thanks dad for shoving me into the crowd.

Didn’t know a couple of them were looking at my camera when i shot this. Though crappy, this photo also marks the starting of my first outing. Cheers!

No idea what’s with the pasu (vase?) thing.

“We want Peace! We want Peace!” in the background.

The blurred effect was done unintentionally.

Mistake while resizing. Note: Dad said that they looked like they’re carrying a coffin. LOL

Erm… so that wasn’t a mistake. Oh no… what happened?

Getting down the stairs.

This photo is back 500x375 again. How come? Okay. “No More Hiroshima”

They were posing for the photographers. I dare not go to the middle. Had to take this shot from the side in the end.

Look carefully and you’ll see someone was posing the ‘peace’ sign for me.

A happy face in the middle of the picture.

Muahaha! That’s dad.

A reporter from TV3 interviewing some school kid.

The view from my seat.

The middle of 2 banners.

There wasn’t many people who came, honestly.

Experimenting with different focuses and stuff. Should i put in the dead flower?

Crappy pic of a photographer walking up the hill.

Scared of all the bomb talk, kid?

Some kids having free drinks.
I took around 150 shots altogether. These are the few which looks less crappier.
According to the histograms, many of my shots were correctly exposed. But i don’t think so. The contrast is low and i think many were overexposed, probably beacuse of the bright sunlight and a few underexposed.
Actually, there’s a few more from which i shot after dad and i left the place. But i’ll leave that to another post
No idea why some of the pics are big and some are small. I resized them all to 500x375 before uploading to Photobucket.
*None of the photos above are cropped. Although i think many would need it.
As this is a photoblog, i keep words to a minimum. If you would rather read than look, try my other post.
